Client: Interboro Spirits & Ale

942 Grand St, Brooklyn used to be Interboro Brewery and Tap House address. 931 Grand St, Brooklyn used to be my address. Neither of us is at the same location anymore but during that time I'd spend a lot of time there making friends, painting signs, cleaning kegs, designing beer labels and even collaborating with Jesse, co-founder and with a delicious Belgium Dubbel beer aged on Brazilian wood, Amburana. 

Jesse, who is also a DJ and former music label manager, was inspired by hip-hop and pop culture to name his beer so we named our collab beer Sabotage. A nod to both Brooklyn's own Beastie Boys and the late Brazilian rapper of the same name.
